Ok, that isn’t the best way to put it. But I’m no longer considered obese! I’ve been trying to follow 1200-1300 for forever now and finally got it to stick, and finally my BMI is below 30.

It’s 29.98, but it ISNT OVER 30! I’m beyond ecstatic. It’s only down from here, guys. I mainly lurk on this sub, but thanks for all the help and recipes and tips over the course of this so far.
