It's me again (the one college student writing a big ole paper), and I was wondering if there were any examples of makeup companies releasing ads or promotional pictures without photoshopping them? The companies could be Western or Eastern. Thanks! :)
Edit: thanks again everybody! You guys are a big help and I appreciate all of you and your awesome answers!! ❤️❤️
During middle school, I suffered a lot from PCOS and also bulimia. This combination led to horrible cystic acne. I’ve since gotten help with both issues, but the acne has severely scarred my face. I’m talking craters. I still get normal acne, as most teenagers do, but nowhere near as extreme. I hate the way it looks and because of all of the texture, makeup doesn’t lay right on my skin. What can I do to help eliminate some of the scarring? Also, does anybody know of good primers/foundations that may work with my skin type?
I have tried different manicurists, thicker nails, thinner nails, different products, longer time under the lamp... the first time I get them done after a while, they last about 3 weeks. Then as soon as I redo them, they can start coming off after one week.
I use gloves when using house cleaning products. I can’t think of what products I might be using that cause this.
Any ideas or suggestions on how to make them last longer? Thanks!
I am 24 years old and have pretty bad rosacea and my pores are very noticeable. I've tried "color-correcting" moisturizers for my rosacea and multiple toners to see if my pores will close up but nothing seems to help. I'd prefer organic and cruelty free products if possible.
I have what looks like discoloured skin on my upper lip, and it looks like I have a moustache. I shave my face weekly so it's definitely not hair but it's in the same place that hair would be. I've noticed that this is something that has developed with age. I'm 27. It just seems that the skin there is very grey and lacking colour, or if that makes sense?
I usually colour correct it with peach tones which helps, but I have freckles so I prefer to go without makeup to show them off sometimes, and it doesn't cover it completely. Is there anything I can do to help or am I doomed with this forever?
My skin routine is
Morning: Wipe face with NIP+FAB glycolic acid pads and coconut oil around eyes and in eyelashes, shea butter on lips and neck. After breakfast i do the oil cleansing method with jojoba oil, then apply spf 30 moisturiser and maybe mudmasky winter mask.
Before bed: Manuka honey face wash or cetaphil. Decleor cleansing milk with cotton pads. Decleor ylang ylang night balm.
Bentonite clay mask once a week. Shave my face once a week directly followed by DIY manuka honey + egg facemask.
