We had a redesign proposal from one of our community members /u/annawalter a few days ago, and we love/loved it and have implemented it! Those of you who use the mobile web 120,000 uniques per month) and old reddit (80,000 uniques per month) are going to see the biggest different, although new reddit users (70,000 per month) are going to see the new banner as well! Wow, that's a lot of views.
This sub has grown so much in 8 months it is incredible. To sum up, the last mod post was introducing /u/Mikempty and /u/Archon824, as well as reminding people about our "No Piracy" policy and is located here.
In the stickied thread before that I asked people not to report posts for no reason, introduced myself, introduced automod, and reminded people about no crossposting.
Last is another order of business, something mildly off topic but it relates to D&D. I run a small map sub called r/fantasymaps. People are encouraged to post maps there for people to use in their games (usually online). I recently asked the inactive mods to step down and we've all parted ways as friends. However, that leaves us open to get some new mods (link to the post).
Anyways, I think that is all for the moment. Thank you /u/annwalter a second time for the amazing work you did. I hope all the users out there love it!
Thank you r/dndmemes, you are a great community!
Recently, there has been an influx of spammers posting photos of D&D-related t-shirt designs, then other spammers asking where to buy it in the comments. The OP then provides a link to the spammer's website.
When you see these posts, please report them immediately so we can ban the offending spammers as soon as possible. Definitely do not click the links they post.
Here's an example of one of these spam posts: https://i.imgur.com/Auz6vOx.jpg
Thank you all for your help!
