Where to start
Civil discussion is welcome, trolls, spam and personal abuse are not and please use search before asking a question that has been asked & answered already. Progress pictures are welcome (preferred old on the left, new on the right - but it's ok); pics not about physical attributes (hair, etc.) Presenting opinions as facts is not what /r/fasting is about. Please frame beliefs as such or back them with hard data (i.e. from pubmed, etc.). Topics including dry (no water) or absolute fasts are dangerous and therefore prohibited. Violators will be banned.
Food pictures should be marked as NSFW.
