I am 20 . Been punched, hit by a football, smacked, fell on my nose (literally) , it all hurt. But not once in my entire life did I have a nose bleed. I had a cut once that bled but very little blood. I saw alot of my cousins get nosebleeds after getting hit on the nose and it would bleed. I noticed this when my uncle (moms brother) mentioned he never had a nosebleed and he's 50 something. Just curious as to what might be the cause.

So yesterday I felt decent but today when I’m walking/standing the muscles in my upper right arm hurt like a pinching or pulling. Any advice?

Hey guys I'm getting a colonoscopy in 2 weeks and freaking out. For the longest time I figured it was hemoroids but when I saw my doctor today he said its better to get the colonoscopy to be 100% positive it is nothing more. I'm very nervous about this since I'm only 25 and don't know anyone else my age with these issues. I've ignored the hemoroids for a long time before finally going to a doctor for it. I have this massive fear now that it could be cancer.

Hi everyone! I suffer from extreme anxiety which really gets in the way of living my life. I am in need of a blood test but although I’m not afraid of the actual needles, I am already afraid of the anxiety I will feel that morning. I am wondering if anyone has any advice for me and if it would be ok if I took some sedatives such as Valium - or if that would have a negative impact of the blood test. If my anxiety is too high I will end up cancelling it and retreating back to my bed :(
