I recently moved to a new construction community. All construction is finished as of this summer. Verizon has hooked up many of the homes here but have left temporary cables dragging through the common area walkways (causing a tripping hazard) and tied around trees in the woods behind the homes. I have contacted them four times to try to correct this. Every time, they schedule a tech to come out, do literally nothing, then close the ticket as complete. How do I get these jack-asses to do their actual job and bury these things? They have self-admitted that these were supposed to be buried in June.
recently moved to the area within the past year and there’s much more buildings, light pollution, and tree coverage compared to where i used to live (an hour west from the metro area). i used to be able to lay in my backyard and see all the stars but now, not so much.
does anyone know an area that’s good for viewing? a park? (noticed most parks around me close at sunset) also somewhere safe for my siblings and i. thank you!!
